This draft acceptable use policy outlines how we expect participants to behave while StateOfBlock is in private beta. The final policy will be shared before the production marketplace opens.

General Expectations

Use the site respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and interact with other members in good faith. Do not attempt to access data or functionality that has not been made available to you.

Prohibited Activities

Submitting false information during waitlist registration or onboarding.
Attempting to interfere with site security or infrastructure.
Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other users or staff.
Using the platform to promote illegal activity or solicit unapproved investments.

Compliance Review

We are building workflows that support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Participation in public releases will require completing those reviews once they are live.
